Coffee Sketch at the John L. Cook home cancelled tomorrow due to rain

 

Hello, Urban Sketchers Twin Cities!

 

This “official” Sketch tomorrow  is cancelled due to the prediction of steady light rain in the morning and 40-degree temps. But if you want to brave it, feel free to go on your own!

 

Join us for the upcoming Coffee Sketch at the historic, crumbling John L. Cook home.

When: Tuesday, October 28th

Time: 10am-noon

Address: 948 18th Ave NE, Minneapolis, Mn. 

 

Street parking available. No restrooms, except for local businesses.

We will be sketching from the boulevard and have no access to the home or its property.

The house is in the style of Queen Anne and is totally falling apart. It is surrounded by overgrown trees that were at peak color this week. Which is perfect for a rustic Halloween-seasonal sketch.

The outdoor temp for the sketch will likely be quite cool.

If it is raining, the sketch will be cancelled.
