More June Sketching Events - 6/10 Bell Museum, 6/14 Downtown St. Paul
Two more exciting sketching opportunities are coming up next week with our longtime partners and supporters at the Bell Museum and the American Insitute of Architects, St. Paul Chapter.

Bell Sketch Night, June 10th 5:30-8:30pm
Spend the evening sketching at the Bell! This is a special opportunity to spread out your drawing materials and take your time sketching in the Bell’s Touch and See Lab and at the wildlife dioramas.
Extra special specimens will be on display for close-up drawing. Bring your own materials or try some the Bell will have available. Note: This is a special program for sketchers. The Planetarium and Nova Galleries will not be open. Stools will be provided, or you may bring your own preferred field sketching chair.

Downtown St. Paul Sketchwalk, June 14th 12-3pm
Join AIA St. Paul and Urban Sketchers Twin Cities on Sunday, June 14, from noon to 3:00 PM for a creative afternoon exploring the Rice Park area of Downtown St. Paul. We will meet at the Rice Park Fountain at noon to provide some architectural background on the park and three nearby architectural gems: the St. Paul Downtown Library, the Ordway Center, and the Landmark Center. Sketching prompts will be provided for those interested in stretching beyond their usual approach.
This is a casual, outdoor event open to all skill levels, and kids are more than welcome to join the fun! Please dress for the weather and bring your own sketching materials. We will provide some light snacks and water, but feel free to bring along anything else you might need for the afternoon. Free registration is requested at the link below.
