Here is some updated information about the upcoming Horse show sketch this Sunday, hosted by USk TC member Barbara Thoemke.

Join us for an afternoon of sketching at the Sahara Sands Spring Classic Arabian Horse Show at the Minnesota State Fair Warner Coliseum – 1784 Judson Ave at Liggett St.

The Sahara Sands Spring Classic Arabian Horse Show attracts competitors from Minnesota and surrounding states to compete in various classes including English Pleasure, Reining, Dressage, Hunter, Western and Native Costume: www.saharasands.org

When: Sunday, May 3, 2026, 12-3pm

Noon – meet outside the red All You Can Drink Milk building - 1759 Judson Ave - which is just across the street, north east and kitty korner from the Warner Coliseum – 1784 Judson Ave. 

2:45 p.m. – Throw down at the picnic tables outside the red All You Can Drink Milk building - 1759 Judson Ave - which is just across the street, north east and kitty korner from the Warner Coliseum.

Horse show admission: FREE

Seating: Available inside the Coliseum arena
