April Sketch Meet at Midtown Global Market (4/11) and the Commemorative Air Force MN Wing Museum (4/29)
Mark your calendars for these April events:
1. Join us for our April Sketch Meet on Saturday, April 11th.
Come
out to the Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis, an internationally
themed market with vendors selling food and crafts from around the
world.
1. When: Saturday, April 11th, 12-3pm. (come earlier for lunch if you'd like)
2. Where: Midtown Global Market, 920 E Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55407. Website: https://midtownglobalmarket.org/
3.
Parking: The ramp is located on the east side of the Market on 10th
Ave. S and East Lake St. Park there, then cross 10th Ave. S and come in
the main doors across from the ramp. We'll meet inside the doors at 12
noon for our Meet/Greet.
4. At 2:45pm we will regroup inside the Market by the stage to share sketches and take a group photo.

2. The
Commemorative Air Force MN Wing Museum in So. St. Paul will be hosting
THREE sketch events for us in April for 10 sketchers each. You will
find all three dates listed on the Eventbrite page for registration.

This will be a unique opportunity to get up close and personal to sketch WWII aircraft and so much more.

than just a collection of airworthy warbirds and historical artifacts,
the Commemorative Air Force Minnesota Wing is a place where you can
experience history up close.
With
hands-on displays, Living History Flight Experiences, WWII Hangar
dances, and our motor pool, you can do more than just read about the
history of the Greatest Generation, you can immerse yourself in it.
