1. February Sketch at Bloomington Ice Garden

Join us for our February Sketch meet up at Bloomington Ice Garden.

When: Sunday, February 22nd, 12pm-3pm
Where: Bloomington Ice Garden, 3600 West 98th Street, Bloomington, MN 55431

We had a blast last year. Since our last visit, they have undergone a huge renovation so it will be fun to see what has changed. There will be practices and youth games going on. A great chance to practice capturing moving figures. There are restrooms and a snack bar. Bring a blanket if you want to stay cozy while sketching on the ice rink bleachers. There is a free parking lot that can fill up so give yourself a little extra time to find parking. We will meet at the entrance at 12pm with a throwdown at 2:45pm. Hope to see you there! 

 

2.  Coffee Sketch at Leather Works Minnesota and Joseph's Coffee

Come and join us for a coffee sketch on Wednesday, February 25th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Leather Works Minnesota and Joseph's Coffee. https://leatherworksminnesota.com/

This unique spot is a beautiful, family-owned, working leather shop. Inside you will find an active workshop along with a quaint coffee bar where you can get a great cup of coffee and homemade bakery items all while watching these skilled craftsmen at work.

Street parking is available and a restroom on site.
