Sketch-out opportunity at the 50th “Back to the Fifties” Car show!
Urban Sketchers Twin Cities is going to the Back to the Fifties car show –
When: Friday June 21, 5:00-7:30 PM
Where: at the State Fair
Grounds.
Description: This is an annual show that traditionally gathers over 10,000
classic cars on display. Considering this is their 50th edition of the
show, it should be pretty special! The cars, the people, the
entertainment will provide you numerous opportunities to sketch your
heart out and … enjoy a hopefully beautiful day outside.
There is parking on site and also free transit and train rides to the event. There is a fee to get in 15$ per person which we are trying to lift.

Schedule:
- Meet at 5:00 pm at the Bandshell by the Space Tower
- Sketch out until 7:30 PM
- 7:30 PM meet at the Bandshell to share sketches
- Enjoy the show until 10:00 pm when the event closes for the day!
