Other News: Don't Miss Our December Jungle Theater Sketch Meet!

Join the Urban Sketchers Twin Cities for a unique opportunity to sketch in a theater.
When: Tuesday, December 5th, 5-7pm
Where: The Jungle Theater, 2951 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408
The Jungle Theater has invited us to sketch the sets and rehearsing actors for an upcoming play, Dinner For One.

Based on an iconic slapstick sketch comedy, Dinner for One will be a holiday themed performance that will feature a small cast. The entire theater and set design will be decked out for the holiday season and whether you choose the stage and moving actors or one of the many unique sights in the lobby, there will certainly be something to catch your sketching eye.
In addition, that evening Jungle Theater will be hosting an invited dress rehearsal at 7/7:30pm which we are also welcome to stay for and attend.
The Jungle Theater is a neighborhood performance space that creates courageous, resonant theater that challenges entertains, and sparks expansive conversation. It is deeply rooted in its Lyn Lake neighborhood and plays a vital role in the economic and cultural development of the area. It is that connection to the community that enabled Urban Sketchers to obtain this unique opportunity. Learn more about the theater:
