On August 20th, you may have noticed an email sent to you from follow.it to confirm your subscription to receive USK TC blog posts. We (the admins for Urban Sketchers Twin Cities) have switched email platforms from the decommissioned Feedburner to follow.it. If you would like to continue to receive content from our Urban Sketchers Twin Cities blog with events and other information, please confirm the subscription when you receive the email update from follow.it.

1. Mid-Week Sketch meet up, Irvine Park, Wed. August 24

Please come if you're available on Wednesday August 24 for a mid-week sketch meet up. We will sketch at Irvine Park, St. Paul

1. Meet at 1:00 at the fountain
2. Meet again at 2:45 to share sketches
3. Option to walk up to Cossetta's afterwards for a coffee, pastry or gelato.

Note: no parking allowed in the 'square' of Irvine Park. You will have to find parking on side streets nearby or maybe even West 7th Street.

2. MN State Fair Sketch Out, Wed. August 31

Urban Sketchers Twin Cities will not be organizing a formal sketch event for the State Fair this year, but we have been invited by the Metrosketchers group to participate in their sketch out on Wednesday, August 31st. Please see the link here for details or go at your own leisure.
