Lars Lerin exhibit at American Swedish Institute

The Minnesota Watercolor Society meeting this month was held at the American Swedish Institute. This sketch shows the large crowd that attended the curator's lecture on the life and work of Lars Lerin. The contrast of Lerin's moody, modern watercolors hung in the formal spaces of the historic mansion heightened the viewing experience. Go see this show; it runs until late May, but don't delay! It's worth several visits.
