Upcoming Sketch Outs

Altered Esthetics is holding a sketch out at Como Zoo on Saturday, October 9, starting at 1 p.m. Meet at the south entrance to the Primate House. (The sketch out is free; Como Zoo suggests a $2.00 donation for admission to the zoo.) Write to Kristy or Cassie at workshops@alteredesthetics.org
Starting on October 3, 2010 every first Thursday of the month is going to be a sketching evening at the Bell Museum of Natural History. The fun starts at 6:30 p.m. and runs until 8:30 p.m. Bring your journal or sketchbook and favorite sketching tool. There will be "themes" for each evening or you can simply let the dioramas inspire you. (Admission to the event is free, but there is a $5.00 admission to the museum.)
