Saint Patrick's Day in St. Paul

We moved to St. Paul from Minneapolis nearly seven months ago. Saint Patrick's Day is a pretty big deal here, especially in Lowertown where the parade begins and where a number of bars were dispensing beverages to the revelers. Roberta and I watched some of the parade and ducked inside Station 4 to observe the occasion in the traditional manner with a pint of Guinness... and sketching of course.

  1. Ken and Roberta. I think you are going to have to make a book about St. Paul. You can ask Karen to write an introductory essay (as a person who grew up there) and then you can have all your images of wonderful things which you are seeing with fresh eyes.

    I love all this green!
