Cabinet of Curiosities
The Bell Museum Sketch Night is always such a fun event. And as I'm getting to know some of the local sketchers, it's turning into a fun social, as well as a sketching, event. This month the guests were Gary and Suzy Zahradhka who gave a super demo on the history and making of oil paints from natural materials. While they spoke I couldn't resist an attempt at capturing their cabinet of the animal, vegetable and mineral elements and tools used in paint making.
